How to find the output.mgt in SWAT folders?

Dear SWAT genius:

I'm trying to simulate crop yield in my study area, and some researchers told me that the results in output.mgt are not the same with those in output.hru. But, sadly,  I can't find it.

There is a variable in ‘file.cio’ named IMGT that turns off/on the printing of the ‘output.mgt’ file as seen in the partial listing of the file below.
