SWAT+ Model Check

Dear all 

I successfully Run the SWAT + Model , Nature of Hydrographs of obs vs model is the same but base flow is too low in model output .There is some message during SWAT + check.Could you suggest to me some parameter that increases base flow and remove error in SWAT+ check  .In the water balance part also the SWAT + model did not give satisfactory results. Please see the attached file.
