Hello,

I'm a new user to SWAT+ and I'm trying to create a model to use for my master's thesis. When I try to input the landuse and soil rasters that I found, I get the error at the bottom of this message. I've tried to use different sources for my DEM, different projections for my files, scaling the rasters to match the same cell sizes, and some other things that myself and ChatGPT thought of. Has anybody seen this error before and know what the cause is? I made sure to make both the landuse and soil rasters larger than my DEM because it looks like the error is happening when QGIS is trying to clip the rasters. The specific error message below was from the last time I tried to input my soil raster.

My Landuse Raster is from NLCD (https://www.mrlc.gov/viewer/)
I created my soil raster following the steps laid out from the instructions on the SWAT Global Data page, which is from SSURGO (https://datagateway.nrcs.usda.gov/)

Error Message:

2025-09-01T13:37:05     CRITICAL    ERROR 1: Error: -srcwin 421 904 -550 -1324 has negative width and/or height.
