Hello,
what units are required for atmospheric deposition in the atmo.cli file? I can't find this in the gitbooks.

Katie:  I have included this information from the SWAT+ source code.  I also have sample files that I can send you, if needed.

I hope this is helpful.

thank you Nancy.  I have monthly deposition data, but I have several missing months. How do you handle missing data in this file,  -99?

Katie:

I am certain that you would not be able to enter -99, but I am unsure what would be the best to do for missing data.  Perhaps an average of the months that are missing from the data that you have?  Maybe others will have a better idea/suggestion in this group.
