Suppressing Subdaily Output

Hello, 

For a model running with an hourly runoff timestep, one of the largest impacts to runtime is writing the subdaily output files. I have found SWAT+ Toolbox to be very helpful for my model because you can toggle a button to suppress subdaily output. However, I would like to do this same thing when running outside of SWAT+ Toolbox (for example, with SWAT+ editor, or manually). Specifically, I am evaluating daily channel flow, but do not want to save the subdaily channel results. Could someone help me understand exactly what in the input files needs to be changed to turn off subdaily output? This would be very valuable to control output files on my own and significantly decrease runtime.
