Hello!
I'm trying to model a watershed in California using gSSURGO data. I rasterized the polygon map, keeping the MUKEY values (which I converted to integers).
When I try to create the HRUs I get this pop up:

I'm not sure if there is data missing from the database or the soil raster is flawed.
I'm adding a download link for the soil raster I'm trying to work with. From a quick manual check I found that some of the pixel values are in fact connected to California soils in the database, but many other are not in the database at all.

Thank you in advance and best regards,
Noam

Noam,

Soils with the specific ID are missing in the SQLite database, where your model reads the inputs to generate the files. There can be more than one soil ID type missing in your database. It is common. You can manually input those data in the database.

Best wishes,

I had a similar issue with Des Moines River Basin. A total of 41 Mukeys of soils are not defined in the SQLite database. How can we manually input those data into the database? I tried to edit the database and ended up crashing the model. The model did not run. @Sushan Could you please elaborate on how to edit the database?

Thank you

Hi there,
I have a similar issue. Many of my soil mukey are not listed into the original sqlite database. Any idea how to overcome with this issue?
