template reservoir decision table for measured outflow?

Hi!

I've been trying to get a reservoir in my SWAT+ model to release water following an observed timeseries.

I've set up the recall file for the outlet point and tried to make a decision table for the release using act_type 'release' and opt 'meas' and setting the fp to pt279.rec (the recall file), following what I can glean from the online guidance (https://swatplus.gitbook.io/io-docs/introduction-1/decision-tables), but it's not working.

The model runs, but the reservoir just keeps filling and flo_out in the reservoir_day.txt stays at 0. 

Is there a template decision table for this (for using a measured outflow timseries) that can be shared? 

There are many decision tables in the 'library' in the SWAT+ software, but the names are for specific reservoirs rather than what they do and there are many of them.
