SWAT+ Interfaces Patch Release 3.0.8

This is not a model update, and contains interface bug fixes and a new installation option described below.

In this release, we have made it easier for user's with standard non-administrator accounts to install the tools. Previous installations were in the main C drive at C:\SWAT\SWATPlus. With this release, we are asking at the start if you would like to install for just you, or install for all users. If you select to install just for you, it will place the install in C:\Users\[YOUR USERNAME]\SWATPlus. This type of install will not require administrative privileges.

If instead you select to install for all, it will prompt for administrative rights, then install to C:\SWAT\SWATPlus.

Please note, if you already have an installation of the tools on your machine, even if you select install for me, it may remember your old location and keep it selected by default. You are welcome to change the install location manually, or completely uninstall your old versions of the tools first and start fresh.

Note the installation of QSWAT+ is determined by QGIS as it is a plugin, and this has not changed. This location change primarily affects the accompanying documents, example datasets, SWAT+ Editor, and SWAT+ Toolbox locations.
