Dear, I am working on SWAT+ modeling for groundwater Recharge estimation , but, I am facing challenges in the generation of subbasins and HRUs, where there some place left uncover and without subbasins and HRUs within my catchment, as shown below.

It is not clear from your picture where you think something is missing.

Are you sure you need to mark so many outlets? Normally one is sufficient.

Have you worked through the tutorial example? It may help to indicate
what to expect.
