SWAT+ editor and SWAT+ Toolbox outputs are different. Why is that?

Hi all,

I completed a model run in the SWAT+ Editor for my river basin and extracted the simulated flow (Flow_out, in m³/s) from the channel_sd_day file for the specific channel I am analyzing. However, when I run the same model in the SWAT+ Toolbox (before calibration), the channel_sd_day output for the same channel shows different Flow_out values.

Since I am preparing to compare observed streamflow with simulated results, I need to confirm which output—SWAT+ Editor or SWAT+ Toolbox—should be considered correct. At the moment, I am unsure whether there is an error on my end or if the two tools run the model differently.

Has anyone experienced similar discrepancies? What is the recommended approach to ensure both platforms generate consistent outputs? And for the calibration, which output is used by the model?

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.
