Revision 61.0.1 simulation error

Hello everyone.

Can someone help me debugging the folloeing error when running revision 61.0.1? When I run revision 61.0.2 the simulation completes, however that does not happen with 61.0.1.

Dear Nancy,

I'm running a newer version of SWAT+ Editor that does not have a debug option. I've installed an older version of SWAT+ Editor to run the debug mode and found out that a faulty decision table was triggering the error.
