Issue with calibration

Hi,

I am trying to calibrate my model but seem to be getting the same values for all runs. I am calibrating against ET and streamflow. The model uses unlimited irrigation from surface water source. I am using RSWAT for calibration. There was an issue where the file.cio text file did not list the calibration.cal file, however, i have changed this and it is now included in file.cio. The calibration.cal file is being created correctly for each run.

Any advice or guidance would be appreciated.
