Plugin in QGIS

Hello everyone! I'm having trouble installing the SWAT+ plugin in QGIS version 3.40.5. The plugin doesn't appear to be available, and I can't find the zip file to install it manually. Can anyone help me?

You need to be more precise about what you mean by the plugin not being
available. Not available on the SWAT website? Not appearing in the
plugins list? Button to start it not appearing?
