Zero yield

Hi,

I am running a model of a small watershed within my total area so i can calibrate/validate the model. I am using autoschedule for managment and irrigation. There appears to be biomass but no yield. There appears to be a few examples of people having similar issues, but no solution on the group. I have attached my TxtInOut folder for reference.

My cropping pattern is 2 crops a year but across 2 years, with a winter crop planted in November and harvested in April, the summer crop planted in May and harvested in October. I am unsure if the rotation i have included is correct. If anyone has expereince with this and can advise if this has been done correctly, please. An example decision table:

I notice that you are using a model that is over a year old.  This is probably something that has been fixed in the code since you updated.   I would suggest you update to the latest model (and interfaces) if possible.  I have attached updated executables for SWAT+ for you to try with your existing data.  I have also included the link to updated interface software.

Thank you Nancy for this. I will try with the updated executable. I am trying to run this on linux. could this be why it is so old? My final model will be on linux, so i want to make sure my calibrated version also runs on that.

Hi Nancy,

I am still having trouble with the yield on some crops. Most are working, but I am completely stumped on how to address the other ones. It seems that perennial crops and trees are not working. I have been trying to edit the lum, plant.ini, and management files to get a result and have been able to resolve all except the trees and the perennials. Can you advise me on what to do or who to contact to resolve this,please? I have included my TxtInOut folder.
