Pathogen module

Hi all

I was just wondering if any of you good people out there have tried, and maybe succeeded in implementing pathogens into the SWAT+ model?  If you have could you please get in touch.  Just want some help/advice.

There are several users who reached out to try the pathogen module, but so far I haven't heard anything back. I suppose the work is still "in progress".

Hi all,

I was getting this error when running SWAT+ with pathogens.

forrtl: severe (157): Program Exception – access violation PATHOGEN_INIT line 56 pathogen_init.f90 PROC_HRU line 40 proc_hru.f90

I had already set up pathogens.pth, HRU and water initializations, and assigned the pathogen initial to all reservoir initials in initial.res — but the model still crashed. My model crashes with an access violation in PATHOGEN_INIT while running SWAT+ rev. 61.0.2.

Do I also need to add nutrient data as mandatory when the pathogen module is active?

Any ideas about the solution would really help.
