Problem with Scenario Land Use

Dear all

I am using the decision table of SWAT+ to modify the land use of my HRUs, converting all my HRU land use types to BSVG. For this purpose, I added the files scen_lu.dtl and scen_dtl.upd to txtinout, and modified the relevant parameters in file.cio. Finally, the file lu_change_out.txt was successfully generated, containing several records. However, the result of generating the file was not satisfactory. I re-adjusted the FILE_POINTER in scen_lu.dtl and found that filling in any value (even a land use type that is not in the database) would result in the normal generation of lu_change_out.txt, and the output results were the same. Why is this? 

I would appreciate your help so that I can clarify this matter for me.
