Python error problem with SWAT+3.12

[IMUWAHEN AIGBEDION]

I have this error that states  'Parameters' is not defined above when I try to open  the SWAT+3.12 user interface,

Pls what  have I possibly done wrong?Kindly help with a solution.

This is probably a knock-on error caused by an earlier one: you need to
look at the whole log.
