forrtl: error (73): floating divide by zero

Hello everybody, I was running my first model, but I had a problem. I am aware of the proble and I know that is related to weather data. However, I cannot figure out where the problem is. Moreover, I have plenty of non-data values (-99) because I don't have solar, wind and relative humidity data. 

Someone has had that problem or know how to solve it?
