Dear all;

I am trying to simulate some reservoirs within a catchment, and after some trials I have some doubts.

 - Is there any way to set an initial volume for the reservoirs in SWAT+? I know that in SWAT it was possible with the RES_VOL parameter, but I do not find this option in SWAT+. I have changed the flo parameter in the om.water.ini file but it does not seems to have any effect.

 - While defining the reservoir decision tables, what are the units of the release actions such as dyrt? Is there any documentation about that? (I found a paper " Use of Decision Tables to Simulate Management in SWAT+ " but it would be nice to find some documentation).

- In the outputs of the reservoir, the units for the flo_in, out, and stor are m³/day?

Thanks for the help, best regards.

Alejandro.

Hello.
- the initial volume is  in the om.water.ini file. You located it correctly.
-  (use search in the groups) I'm sorry that we do not have the documentation available for this yet. From the swat+ code:
     case ("dyrt")
              !for base volume for drawdown days, use condition associated with action
- yes, they are m3/day(timestep)
Best,
Natalja
