Crop Rotation System and Irrigation Problem

Dear SWAT+ users,

I want to apply a crop rotation system like this in SWAT+ model:

Wheat -> Alfalfa -> Potato -> Rapeseed

It means one year Wheat, the next year Alfalfa, the next year Potato and the next year Rapeseed, then again repeat. I want the irrigation be applied just for Potato. I created the decision table for it but I think it is not working properly. I need some recommendation in this regard.

Also, I have created management file the crop rotation system, but the irrigation is happening all years. Do you know how can I fix this?
