No nutrient uptake by plants

Hello,

I'm running SWAT+ (rev. 61.0.1) to simulate river water flow and nutrient discharges in an agricultural watershed in a tropical island of Japan.

The output, however, showed that crops did not uptake nutrients (N and P) at all (see Plant Growth_20250109.jpg (a screenshot from SWAT+ Check) and basin_pw_aa.csv as attached). Could anyone figure out what's wrong with the simulation setting and suggest the possible solutions for it?

On the other hand, the values of plant nutrient uptake in the nutrient balance output files were higher than zero, and P uptake was even higher than the P applied through fertilization (see basin_nb_aa.csv as attached). Could you also tell me the difference between the plant nutrient uptake in the plant weather output files (basin_pw) and that in the nutrient balance output files (basin_nb)?

Thank you for your reply. I understood that the current version of the model has a print error problem for nutrient uptake by plants.

I have develop and calibrated SWAT+ model for the Indus basin. Everything is fine and irrigation is applied for "agi1_lum" landuse as can be seen in screenshot attached. and rotation is "wwht_corn_rot"  I have run the model with and without fertilizer, but yield is zero. Can anyone help me where is the problem?
