no baseflow in most of the time with poor recession reproduction

Hi,

My model fails to reproduce the baseflow and also the recession, especially where there is a long gap between high flow events.

Could you please take a look at the graph attached and let me know how I could manage to have a better representation of baseflow in my model? 

My thoughts: I think it has something to do with the depth of the aquifer and minimum aquifer storage (dep_bot and flo_min in aquifer.aqu, respectively). If this is the case, the issue is that the dep_bot is not listed in the cal_parms file, and a manual calibration is required. 

Any suggestions are appreciated.
