SWAT+ No3 output problem

Happy to join this fantastic group.
After running SWAT+, I extracted the values on the channels . Attached two sample of the outputs at panay and ibajay rivers in Panay island.
The NO3 values are highly inflated (1000 time) in panay while the other channel gives reasonable outputs compared with the observations.
What could be the causes of this problem?
I have checked all the parameters in fertilizers, landuse and others and all are within ranges.
