Senstvitity becomes zero

Dear all, 

I am conducting a sensitivity analysis using the SWAT+Toolbox version 3.2.0 with monthly streamflow data. Still, I got all parameters with zero order sensitivity (non-sensitive), and considering all parameters, I tried automatic calibration, and the tool has changed the observed data date( the observed datas are written as 01/01/1996,01/02/1996, etc.), but the toolbox brings back as 1988,1989).

Would someone assist me pleases?
