Access Violation error-SWAT+ with gwflow module

Hi all, I have the following error while trying to run model with gwflow as the groundwater module:

Dear Saeed, 

I had similar issues to yours. 

I would like to share how mine was fixed. 

1) Your SWAT+ editor isn't 4.0.2. it is  SWAT+ editor v4.0.0.(hru.con  in your  TxtInOut  confirms ). That flags the compatibility issue with Rev62. It may be when you upgrade, the old version is  Clinging  
2) Once you are sure about the QGIS plugin QSWAT+ is 4.02/03 recreate HRU with the reasonable short channel merge (eg. 5%). Try raising a bit.  
3) After HRU and GWs grid generation,  Edit input in SWAT+ editor should be active. Still in SWAT+rev62  import as new watershed (b/c the earlier version might be stuck) there)
This is what I did and worked for me while other complications of (rev62) still exist. I am also waiting for support for next-stage GWflow-related challenges.
