to SWAT+

Dear Community,

I am new to SWAT+ modeling. I encounter an error message below after importing DEM file:

"No transform is available between Israel 1993 / Israeli TM Grid and EPSG:4326 - WGS 84.

No coordinate operations are available between these two reference systems"

Can someone help me to solve the issue? Thanks
