Hi Nancy,

Many thanks for your email.

I’ve solved that issue and successfully run my model (SWAT+gwflow for surface and groundwater flow modelling).

I have another issue now. I try to calibrate my model using SWAT+tool but i could not get a meaningful result yet (although it provides an NSE value, it does not provide a chart for observed vs simulated results). I can run the model through automatic calibration; however, when i try to manually calibrate it, this error pops-up.

Should i use another calibration tool (e.g., PEST)? I am not sure SWAT+tool is capable of a large basin.

Please send me your project.

Also, keep in mind that gwflow is only supported in SWAT+ Toolbox (SPT) v4.0 and up. from the looks of it, you are trying to use gqflow with v3 of SPT
