Change Soil Properties in Time

Is it possible to change soil properties over time, such as alterations in the first layers due to Land Use and Cover Changes (LUCC), through the use of a decision table for example? . I have been considering the possibility of changing the LULCC decision table, but I can't find the connection between the scen_lu files and the plant archive (to change to soil), Does such a possibility exist?
