Snow functions in SWAT+ comparing ArcSWAT

Hi!

I am in the startup of my PhD-project and am on the crossroad to chose if I should use SWAT+ or if I should set up my catchments in ArcSWAT. One of the main issues is if there are any issues with SWAT+ when modelling snow cover and snow melt. 

Thus I wonder if you can share some experience of modelling snowmelt with SWAT+ and if you have any comparison from using ArcSWAT. I.e. how well have you experienced the two models' ability to represent snow-driven flows?

I have been searching through the literature but there seem to be few publications so far implementing SWAT+.
