SWAT+ variable TSIN error

dear all: 

I am getting this error whenever I try to run my SWAT+ model.

forrtl: severe (408): fort: (8): Attempt to fetch from allocatable variable TSIN when it is not allocated

Please help me out on  how to fix it.

I ran into the same problem when running the swat+ model. How can I solve it? Thank you very much for your help.
