Hi everyone,

Following the issue report template:

1. Primary Issue Location

  • Component: SWAT+ Editor (SWAT+ Check tab)
  • Area of impact: Model output (reading the output database)

2. Software Versions

  • GIS Interface: QSWAT+ 4.0.1
  • SWAT+ Editor: 4.0.0
  • SWAT+ Revision: rev. 62 (official)

3. Project Characteristics

  • Watershed Details: Tensift basin, High Atlas and Haouz plain, Morocco. About 20,000 km2, 73 subbasins, 8277 HRUs (filter by area for landuse/soil/slope). Semi-arid, snow-influenced headwaters.
  • Modeling Aim: Water balance and groundwater recharge (streamflow calibration to follow).

4. Description of Issue

  • The Problem: SWAT+ Check returns "Unable to get SWAT+ Check data from database", although the model runs and the output analysis completes normally. Inspecting swatplus_output.sqlite, the channel tables channel_sd_aa and basin_sd_cha_aa contain three columns shown as undefined1/2/3 (named null in the output files, plus a trailing water_temp column). The channel output format from rev. 62 does not seem to match what SWAT+ Check in Editor 4.0.0 expects, so the channel query fails.
  • Step to Reproduce: Run the model (rev. 62), run "Analyze output for visualization" (tried with and without "only read files required by SWAT+ Check", and after deleting the database), then click the SWAT+ Check tab.

5. Supporting Data (Optional)

  • Link to TxtInOut folder: [add your Google Drive or Dropbox link here]
