NEED HALP!! - Negative NSE values

Hi all,

Can anyone help me please? I am getting negative values for NSE, when I run the calibration in SWAT+ toolbox, I use max 1000 iterations, using DDS method. I am doing the calibartion for river flow. And I ahve observed daily river flow data for the year as well. No matter what I tried as parameters, the best NSE value always starting in negative numbers. And it goes up to the maximum -2 NSE value. 

I dont know what is wrong. How much I tried it ain't getting better. What to do??? 

This is for my final year research. Please anyone help me. I have a limited time.

This is the final 1 I tried, with only few parameters (I have tried 15 parameters max)

It could be many things, starting with poor model set up, up to using the wrong observed discharge when calibrating. No matter how many times you try to calibrate, if one of these things happens, you will never get it right.
