I am getting the following error trying to write my SWAT+ input files. 1 is not in the list. Any help is appreciated

Sorry for the unhelpful error message! Likely you have something somewhere referencing an item in another table that doesn't actually exist. But I will need you to zip and send your project files to me to debug.
