Reservoir Outflow

Hello everyone,

I create a reservoir by making a reservoir point at the downstream of the sub watershed with the percentage threshold at 101, at the time of making the HRU, the reservoir was formed but if you look at the swat+ editor, no outflow is formed, and consequently when calibrated with Swat+ toolbox the NSE value becomes NaN.

However, if I create a reservoir by determining the threshold percentage value, then an outflow is formed and calibration can be done, while my research uses reservoir points for reservoir formation, is there anyone who can help me in this matter to bring out the reservoir outflow in my research, which is hopefully my model can be calibrated with swat+ toolbox.

Note:

- both methods of creating reservoir above I use the same sub-watershed outlet point.

- I'm using SWAT+ rev. 60.5.2, QSWAT+ 2.0.6, and SWAT+ Editor 2.0.4.

Update:

the outflow does not exist because I created a reservoir downstream of the watershed, so if I change/move the reservoir point is not in downstream, the outflow exists, but there is a new problem, the reservoir area formed is zero, and this is confirmed when opening the Swat+ Editor, the reservoir is formed has no area. I hope someone can help me with this zero formed reservoir area problem, thank you.

By default, QSWAT+ does not assign an area to the reservoir you add. You need to edit the reservoir properties in SWAT+ Editor to add principal area and principal volume and their emergency counterparts. There are also other properties that you might want to edit.
