The error suggests there is a problem with the average number of days of precipitation in the ‘weather-wgn.cli’ file. 

 

If you aren’t able to find it, send me your current txtinout folder (compressed format) and I will take a look at it.

This error happens if you're reprocessing your output but the output database is open somewhere else. Maybe you've opened it manually or through QSWAT+. Just make sure it's not open anywhere and try again. If you can't figure out what's using it, just restart computer.
