Analyze output for visualization

Can we use the option for " Analyze output for visualization" directly by adding our TextInOut folder?

Or is there any way to use Editor only with our own modified  TextInOut not adding the QSWAT+ project ?

Yes, but you would still need a project database in order to get to that screen and have it let you run that step. As of version 3.2.0, the analyze output step will only read the .csv output files, so make sure that is checked in your print.prt. Prior to 3.2.0, it reads the .txt files. It uses files.out to determine which files to read.
