Error in exporting the GIS data

Dear All members 

I am facing the problem while importing the GIS data from Qgis into swat + editor it gives me the error 

Please update the swatplus_datasets.sqlite file in your project folder to the most recent version at https://plus.swat.tamu.edu/downloads/3.0/3.0.0/swatplus_datasets.sqlite, before creating your project.

I dont undertand how to fix it
