Channel Area in chandeg.con Explanation

Hello,

Can someone explain to me what the area values in chandeg.con mean? I found on github, that this is the drainage area for the channel. In chandeg.con, it says my channel 4 has an area of 222 ha, but there is only one hru conneted to this channel and it has an area of about 11 ha. Is this drainage area from chandeg.con a cumulative area that includes HRUs connected to channels upstream of my channel 4? I added a screenshot of what my chandeg.con looks like in SWAT+. The total area for my watershed is 290.16 ha.
