recall error

I created and ran the input data for basin modeling with SWAT+, but I encountered an error. I designated four reservoirs and set the discharge settings to "recall-recall" to apply daily discharges for three years, creating a recall.csv file. However, I keep getting an error when reading the recall data. I entered three point sources as external water sources, and there were no particularly difficult settings. I hope you can help me resolve the error.

The strange thing is that when I open the .rec file, it creates four separate files, each containing all four discharge data sets. I suspect there's something wrong with the settings, but I haven't been able to fix it.
