Issue in Creating New Project in SWAT+ Editor

Hi all,
I have downloaded the official v3.0.0 swatplus_datasets.sqlite file from TAMU: https://plus.swat.tamu.edu/downloads/3.0/3.0.0/swatplus_datasets.sqlite and replaced it in the Documents\SWAT+ folder. However, the issue persists.

I am getting the attached error while creating a new project in SWAT+ Editor.
Error: table codes_bsn has no column named qual2e
Please let me know how I should fix this error.
