There are several surface runoff outputs generated from the QSWAT+ simulation.

surq_gen = H2O |surface runoff generated from the landscape
surq_cont = H2O |surface runoff leaving the landscape
surq_runon = H2O |surface runoff from upland landscape
surq_cha = H2O |surface runoff flowing into channels
surq_res = H2O |surface runoff flowing into reservoirs
surq_ls = H2O |surface runoff flowing onto the landscape

Which of those I have to take for Water Budgeting? or there are any equation to calculate it from those simulation outputs? please help with this.

Hi Subhadip,

Nice question, and it depends on what scale you are looking. If you look at (sub-)catchment scale, you would use the channel flow output of that (sub-)catchment. If you look at more detailed HRU scale, then you may want to use one or more of the surq_ outputs as well as lat and gw outputs. SWAT+ check provides the water balance info for the whole catchment for checking.
