Hello everyone,

I upgraded my SWAT+ Editor to version 3.1.2, which I probably should not have done. The update smoothed the flow so much that the NSE dropped from 0.67 to 0.30.

I just wanted to let you know that if you are planning to update, please pay close attention to this issue.

Thank you.

Hi, from what version were you updating?

If it was from a 3.0.x version there were two main things that could cause this:

1. Update Basin Parameters -> adj_pkrt_sed, set default to 484 and recommended range to 250-800.
2. Update to SWAT+ rev. 61.0.2 from 61.0.1 -- this should have just been a bug fix update, but it could have changed something if you find #1 above didn't have any effect.

Be sure to reference the full release notes whenever you update. It will show these in the editor before you update and you can also reference them here: https://github.com/swat-model/swatplus-editor/blob/main/changelog.md
