Error when running SWAT+ editor

Dear all,
Could someone explain to me the errors I am getting when I run the SWAT+ Editor 3.03 with SWAT+ rev. 61.0.1? When I run the model without the debug executable, I get Error 1. When I run it with the debug, I get Error 2, which I find a bit weird. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue.
