It seems my data is not reading my data inputs for climate properly despite it being in the directory folder. I am very confused. Please help. How can I fix this?

Hi. I have encountered the same error before. If you many stations. Separate them in different folders then import per station.

Hi,

Received your txtinout folder and checked the precip files. Seems that the sgpcp.pcp rainfall file is incomplete, ending at day 212 in 2025, rather than on day 365 in 2015 as in the other files. Same in the .hmd file. Please check your meteorological input. Also easier to check in your sqlite file tables than in the text files. Perhaps cut all files off at year 2014 if you have missing data in 2015 and retry using a period of 21 years? The Subscript #2 of the array TS has value 22 which is greater than the upper bound of 21 error suggest that the number of years 1994-2015 is wrong. Your files say 21 years, but 1/1/1994 - 31/12/2015 is 22 years!

The __warnings.txt file in your txtinout folder says
Skipping hmd import. File does not exist: D:\SWAT Upper Marikina Model (Filled Ver)\weather\Tanay\rh.txt
Skipping pcp import. File does not exist: D:\SWAT Upper Marikina Model (Filled Ver)\weather\Tanay\pcp.txt
Skipping slr import. File does not exist: D:\SWAT Upper Marikina Model (Filled Ver)\weather\Tanay\solar.txt
Skipping tmp import. File does not exist: D:\SWAT Upper Marikina Model (Filled Ver)\weather\Tanay\tmp.txt
Skipping wnd import. File does not exist: D:\SWAT Upper Marikina Model (Filled Ver)\weather\Tanay\wind.txt

Regards,
Maarten
