Error for adding reservoir operation

hello, I have problem with the error for the importing of reservoir operation.pls kindly advice, thank you

Check your reservoir_day.txt file in your TxtInOut folder manually to see if some output didn't print correctly. Maybe it printed non-numbers somewhere or squished two columns together?
