Large discrepancy between HRU and channel outputs in SWAT+ rev. 61.0.2

Hello everyone,

I'm using SWAT+ Editor 3.2.0 (rev. 61.0.2) for a one-year (2020) simulation and noticed large differences between HRU and outlet channel (Cha001) outputs.

• Sediment
  • hru_ls_mon.txt (sedyld): 24,387 tons
  • channel_sd_mon.txt (sed_out): 427,960 tons
• Glyphosate
  • Applied: ~23,470 kg
  • channel_pest_yr.txt outlet export: 23,160 kg
• Nutrients
  • No fertilizer was applied, but channel nutrient exports are still much larger than expected.

Am I comparing the correct variables, or is there another output that should have used? I've attached the relevant TxtInOut files.
