Error CLI_PMEAS and PROC_DATA_TIME

Dear experts could you please help me on this error? I have re-imported weather station data and now I get the following error

Dear Nancy,
Thank you for this, giving  a bit background

1. I have successfully run my project covering the period 1980-2021
2. I have copied the original project and renamed the root folder indicating to run climate change scenarios
3. I have updated my weather data for precipitation and temperature covering the period 2015-2100
4. I opened QGIS > QSWAT+ and then opened existing project to establish the new path for the databases
5. I have re imported my weather station data to SWAT+ editor
5. SWAT+ run crashes
