problems with weather stations removed

Heloo, guys!

After removing a weather station and rewriting the project in SWAT+ Editor 3.2.0, the Model Check started showing Baseflow, Percolation, and Deep Recharge as zero. I've already checked and corrected all Weather Station associations in HRUs, Channels, and Routing Units. Has anyone else observed this behavior?
