Internal error appears while creating the actual HRUs as below, which is causing again error in importing file in swat+Editor. let me know if you know.

Check your soil data to make sure it is all defined. If you get an error during steps 1 or 2 of QSWAT+, you cannot expect to move onto the Editor successfully. Make sure you can complete HRU setup successfully before trying the Editor. You might try the QSWAT+ group if you haven't already.
