Hi, sorry for the troubles. Can you confirm you’ve tried these steps:

Verify the files located in your SWATPlus installation folder, SWATPlus/SWATPlusEditor/resources/app.asar.unpacked. The contents should be as described below:

  • api_dist

    • swatplus_api.exe

    • swatplus_rest_api.exe

  • swat_exe

    • There should be several executable files matching the current model revision number, e.g.,rev60.5.2_64rel.exe

  • appsettings.json

  • swatplus_vardefs.sqlite

If any or all of the files above are missing, your installation did not complete successfully. You might try disabling your antivirus and installing again. Otherwise, download the zip file linked here and replace the resources folder entirely. Extract the zip to SWATPlus/SWATPlusEditor.

Yes, I think the new and I also tried reading the script you all suggested but it could not read. -- I think the issue may be that I am using a Windows 7 which may not be compatible with Python39. Thoughts? Thank you

The editor is built with python, but doesn’t actually use it and instead freezes the python code into executable files. That said, it being frozen from python39 and you using Windows 7 could be an issue. I have not tested on Windows 7 since official support for it ended Jan 2020. Do you have access to a Windows 10 machine? If not, I can investigate further.
